Maintain Team Focus within Multiple Projects
Step 1. From ConceptDraw PROJECT, open the sample “Multiple Project”.
Step 2. Select the “Focus Map” template.
Step 3. Select the most important tasks for your project, and press Ctrl+C.
Step 4. Open ConceptDraw MINDMAP, select a mind map topic.
Step 5. Press Ctrl+V to insert the selected tasks into the topic.
Step 6. Repeat steps 3-4 for each project.
Result: A mind map that will efficiently keep your team on one page, for multiple projects.
