Travel to ODESSA by air.

We recommend to travel via Vienna, by Austrian Airlines. There's one flight per day from Vienna to Odessa. The flight number may vary with the date, usually it's OS667 or OS9275.

Our recommendation is based on our own long-term experience of many travels we made and we are always deeply thankful to Austrian AirLines for their kind and devoted services. Vienna is a very nice city and you will also have a great chance to visit and enjoy Vienna!

Airfare. We contacted our local Austrian Airlines agency, and they showed the following approximate prices to Odessa (round-trip): From USA: $900 From Europe: $700. Note, that prices may vary considerably at your local travel agent (sometimes up to 40% lower)!

Ground Transportation in Odessa.

The best time to arrive in Odessa would be right on the conference arrival dates - March, 26- 27 . The "ConceptDraw World Conference" shuttle will pick you up   at the airport and in 20 minutes will find yourself at the luxury hotel located in downtown right at the sea cost. Please help us to serve you in the best way   informing us about the number of  your flight along with the dates of your arrival, letting  to conference employee to arrange meeting you in airport of Odessa.

If you are going to miss the arrival dates or reach Odessa some other way, make sure to let us know the plans of your arrival. We will do our best to provide your transportation. The simplest way to reach the conference location is to go straight to Kempinski Hotel.  It's really easy! Every taxi driver knows Kempinski Hotel - it's a landmark of the city located at Odessa's Black Sea harbor close to historical downtown.


Accommodation.

We recommend that you take advantage of the luxury lodging in Kempinski Hotel. All events of the ConceptDraw World Conference happen in the conference halls of the Kempinski hotel. That's the reason why we consider this place your best accommodation choice. The biggest advantage is its close location to the historical downtown and   most of Odessa's legendary places - known all around the Eastern Europe, as the capital of Humor. But what we think to be the greatest attraction here is that this Hotel is located right at the Sea Harbor of Odessa, allowing the arrange a boat party departuring into Odessa gulf.

Security.  The security and personal safety of all ConceptDrawWorld Conference attendees and media is a high priority for us. We are in constant contact with the management of the Odessa Kempinski Hotel to ensure heightened security measures for the event and that our attendees and media are provided with an appropriately alert environment.

Local Transportation. The conference participants will be offered free shuttles to provide local transportation to cover your travelling needs, surf the city, to visit exotic restraunts, buy souvenier and many other.
